Supervisor required for work

Leads and supervises a team of sales associates (floor staff). Provides direction and guidance to colleagues to ensure efficient and effective ground operations and customer service. Maintains company standards and guidelines on product flow, customer service, and visual displays. Performs daily store activities such as opening and closing procedures which include monitoring attendance and activating security systems. Manages retail employees, including cashiers and people who work the floor. Ensures accurate pricing. Ensures quality, customer service, health and safety standards are met. Managing the different departments within the store. Handles customer questions, complaints and problems.
