Proposal Specialist required

Responsibilities in this role include: 1. Preparing the Technical Proposal: Gathering and organizing technical information and project data to meet the tender’s requirements, including specifications, designs, processes, and quality assurance. 2. Preparing the Financial Proposal: Estimating the total project costs, including labor, materials, and time, and drafting a detailed financial offer that aligns with the tender requirements. 3. Coordinating Across Departments: Collaborating with internal teams, such as engineering and finance, to gather the necessary information and compile it into the final proposal. 4. Ensuring Proposal Compliance: Making sure all proposals adhere to the standards and requirements of the client or tendering authority. 5. Managing Project Timelines: Ensuring proposals are completed and submitted within the designated timeframe.
