Key responsibilities: Prepare MEP service drawings (mechanical, electrical and plumbing). Preparing application packages for local authorities Prepare the constructed drawings Coordinating with site engineers for engineering inputs Coordinating with other professions to prepare coordination drawings Conducting site inspections to prepare red-labeled drawings and constructed drawings Documentation, tracking, and graphics records Assist the project engineer in documenting the final closure of the project. Communications and organizational relationships Regular contact with project engineers and site inspectors for engineering inputs. Repeated contacts with the contractor as necessary to prepare drawings related to procedures. Operates in accordance with the company's applicable policy, procedures and professional standards approved engineering laws and standards.
