Job description Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative architectural designs for large-scale projects, with a strong command of industry-standard software such as Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, and V-Ray. As an Architect at our consultancy, you will be responsible for creating design concepts, technical drawings, 3D models, and visualizations that meet our client’s requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present innovative architectural designs from conceptualization to execution, with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project development. Create and maintain detailed design documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications. Prepare high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations using Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, and V-Ray. Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, technologies, and local building codes and regulations. Assist in project coordination and management, ensuring that all timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
