We are looking for a Filipino General Accountant for our construction chemicals trading company. Responsibilities: • Prepare invoices, and delivery notes and organize documents. • Prepare, inquiries, quotations, and Local Purchase Orders. • Technical working with the Sales department to ensure the Technical team is capable of delivering on the customer's requirements within the agreed timeframes. • Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers. • Preparing detailed weekly reports of all the activities including purchases, sales, material deliveries, etc. • Managing Logistics needs. • Analysis and management of all the materials we are dealing with. • Preparing all the technical documentation, systems, and procedures regularly. Candidate Requirements: • Preferably valid Bachelor's degree. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications & tally (advantage) • Excellent communication skills in English Please send your CV to: sales@gripmix.com
