2 years experienced Chemist searching for a Quality Control, Production chemist, R&D Chemist, HSE Officer, Medical sales representative. Having working as a QC Chemist in Pharmaceuticals for over 2 Years, I developed myself in handling pharmaceutical products and different kinds of Chemicals and following up production processes and environmental through production area. And this is results from my last job nature that was In-process and Finished Product Control Chemist. And I worked as an indoor sales executive while my study years in Engine oils, petrol, Kerosene and other similar products. Performing different physical and chemical analysis. HPLC, UPLC, UV, ICP-OES, AAS, cGMP, GLP, SOPs obey, Performing laboratory works and following up production process. • Sampling, testing and approval of in-process and finished product with logbook entry, documentation, calculations, COA (Certificates of analysis) writing and record tracking; • Follow up production process and withdraw samples of each process; • Prepare and test samples from all phases of a manufacturing and handling process, with the goal of determining if the substance meets the standards or requirements of the product according to ISO 9001-2015; • Identify and investigate abnormal test results, conducting root cause analysis; • Ensure and follow up work environment is clean and safe complying with safety and pharmaceutical regulation; • Perform investigational testing as required in pharmacopeia or In house monographs. • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA Certificate) • Graduation Research Project in Ultrasonic Uses in Green Chemistry, Increasing rate of reaction using ultrasound waves “Excellent” • ISO/IEC 17025 Training “Egyptian Syndicate of scientific professions in Alexandria” • C100 (Introduction in principals of computer) (Certified). • Modern Elemental Analysis Using AAS and ICP-OES techniques (Certified). • Mathematical Analysis and formulation. • Withdraw and analyze samples using standard operating procedures, cGMP and GLP. • Advanced level at operating Waters and AGILENT HPLC and UHPLC, UV-visible spectrophotometry. • Expertise with Preparation of Volumetric solutions, Different Test solutions, Assay, Related Compounds, Dissolution, Uniformity of dosage unit, Hardness, Friability, Titration, Density, Analytical Balances, Moisture analyzer, pH meter and Karl Fischer.
